Every journey has turning points — moments that shape who we are and how we see the world.
Mine has been marked by faith, family, friendship, and a growing belief that kindness and connection can change everything.

Kindness is one of the most powerful ways to create impact. When empathy leads instead of ego, generosity becomes more than a transaction — it becomes transformation. People give where they feel seen, valued, and connected.

This conviction has shaped my work and my life. When we trade pressure for presence and choose to build relationships instead of just running campaigns, giving stops feeling forced and starts feeling like friendship.

When we raise with heart, we don’t just secure funding — we spark belonging.

For more than two decades, I’ve worked alongside teams and organisations around the world, helping reimagine what generosity was always meant to be: deeply human.

Through conversations, coaching, and the Relational Raise podcast — co-hosted with Jason Elkins of 100 Cups Academy — we explore one simple but transformative truth: funding follows friendship.

This approach is rooted in presence, not pressure. It’s about slowing down, listening well, and connecting authentically — because when relationships come first, results naturally follow. Together, we can cultivate cultures of generosity where people feel invited, not obligated.

Today, I serve as the Global Director of Partner Engagement at Convoy of Hope, helping connect people and organisations around the world to bring hope where it’s needed most.

I also speak, coach, and write about leadership and generosity that begins with kindness and grows through connection.

Whether through a keynote, a podcast, or a coffee conversation, the goal is always the same: to reimagine fundraising as something human, hopeful, and relational.

Because when we start with people, not pressure, generosity flows naturally.

Fundraising can be more human. Leadership can be more kind. Generosity can grow through connection — one friendship, one story, one cup at a time.

The journey continues through every conversation, every act of generosity, and every friendship formed along the way.

I’m grateful you’re here — and I hope what you find in this space reminds you that kindness still changes things.

Let’s keep walking together.
